- Answer the Phone when I call you on Sunday at 9pm 🙂
- Respond promptly to the Email/Text that I sent you – don’t leave me hanging
- Keep me in the loop when we have a transaction
- Close my clients loan on-time
- Educate me and my client
- Keep the agent on the other side of the transaction in the loop
- Answer the phone, Answer the phone, Answer the phone……
If your lender is not doing this then we need to chat!

New Client Tip: When you get a new client/lead, conference call them in with your lender so you can discuss what they are looking for and your lender can discuss the loan process and help them get started with their pre-approval. This helps you determine that the client is serious and eliminates a lot of phone tag between you, the lender and the client!
